Next meeting Wednesday, November 13 - WHS Cafeteria

Our next meeting will be held in the high school cafeteria at 7:15.  Agenda items for the meeting will be the results of our comedy night, coverage for basketball games, participating in the festival of tress and the dance.

If you will be attending the Winter Sports Meeting, please stop by and join our meeting afterwards.

Also, if you are available to work the snack shack for the football game on 11/15, please let us know.

Comedy Night at Giggles Comedy Club at Prince Pizza



Our first fundraiser is planned for Saturday, November 2.  Tickets are $25.00 per person and can be purchased at our home football games or by contacting a WHS Boosters member. 

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ON THE COMEDY NIGHT!!! 

It should be a great time and we hope to get a big turnout.  

Next Meeting October 9 - WHS Cafeteria


Our next Booster meeting is scheduled for next Wednesday night, October 9 at 7:00pm in the high school cafeteria.  We have a lot to cover including the remaining football schedule, the comedy night for November 2, basketball season and the annual dinner dance for January 25, 2014.

Comedy Night at Giggles Comedy Club at Prince Pizza

Our first fundraiser is planned for November 2 at Giggles Comedy Club at Prince Pizza - tickets will be $25.00 per person and will be available in September.

August 13 Meeting


The first meeting of the year was held on August 13.

This will be a busy season as we get ready for the upcoming school year!

Dawn shared the good news that the football field will be ready and that we will host 4 games this season, the first home game is Thursday, September 12 at 7:00 pm.  

A note was distributed looking for volunteers for the concession stand, if you are able to volunteer on October 11 or be a back up for one of the other dates, please let us know.

June 12 Meeting

The last meeting of the year was held on June 12 and new officers were voted in.  Please join us in congratulating our new Board:

Boosters at the Wilmington Farmers Market

We have a spot reserved for us at the Wilmington Farmer's Market on Sunday June 23rd.  We will be selling our merchandise.  The market runs from 10:30-1:30.

We need a few volunteers to help out that day - please let us know if you are available to help out!

WHS Booster Club Meeting - Next Meeting June 12


Our next meeting will be next Wednesday night, June 12 at 6:30 pm.  This is the last meeting of the year and also will be the elections for new officers for next year.  

Currently we have new candidates for President and Vice President.  As of right now, the candidates for Secretary and Treasurer remain the same.


November 2 - Save the Date


The Boosters are planning a fundraiser on November 2 at Giggles Comedy Club at Prince Pizza.  Details to follow for this fun night out.

Scholarship Night

Scholarship night will be held at the Wilmington Middle School on Friday, May 31 at 6:30 pm.

We look forward to attending the event and presenting awards to our student athletes!

Yard Sale Fundraiser

The yard sale fundraiser was a success!  We raised enough money to fund one additional scholarship.

Thanks to everyone that contributed items for the yard sale and to all of the volunteers that staffed the event!

WHS Booster Club - Next Meeting May 8


The next Booster meeting will be held next Wednesday night, May 8th at the high school cafeteria at 7:00 pm.  We will be discussing elections, fundraising for next year and scholarship night. 

In addition - Boosters will be selling our Wildcats merchandise along with other donated items at the Band Yard Sale this weekend - please spread the word.



The yard sale will be held at the 4th of July building on Sat and Sun from 8-2.

Scholarship Application

The Booster scholarship application is currently available on Naviance - please spread the word to any seniors/parents of seniors who may be interested in applying.

The deadline for submission is fast approaching - it will be due after April vacation.

WHS Booster Club Meeting - Next Meeting April 10


Happy Spring! Good luck to all of our spring sports teams this season!  Just wanted to let everyone know the next Booster meeting is scheduled for next Wednesday night, April 10, at 7:00 pm at the high school cafeteria.  Please try to attend as there are many important topics to be covered including the Scholarship selection process, elections for officers next year,and  new fundraising ideas.  We will be looking for volunteers to help out on the weekend of the sale - May 4 & 5.
If anyone is interested in running for one of the offices (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer) please contact one of the current officers (Becky, Katie, Laurie or Paula).
