Next Meeting - Wednesday, December 9

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, December 9 at 7:00 in the cafeteria.  

This will be a big planning meeting for our dance in January.  If you are able to volunteer, donate or help out - please try to attend this meeting or let us know that you are able to help in some way.

We will also be discussing the basketball season and getting the schedule set for that. Again, if you can help out (it's easy), please let us know.

And, just a reminder, mark your calendar and spread the word - our biggest fundraiser is the annual dance that is scheduled for January 23 at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus.

Next Meeting - Wednesday, November 4

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, November 4 in the high school cafeteria at 6:30.  

Note that this is 30 minutes earlier so that people can also attend the financial aid meeting that is being held at 7:00.

Next Meeting - Thursday, October 15

Our next meeting will be on Thursday, October 15 (note this is different than our usual Wednesday meeting day).  It will be at 7:00 in the cafeteria, looking forward to seeing folks there.

Also, a reminder that we have a fundraiser at the 99 Restaurant in Wilmington on Tuesday, October 13 from 4:00-11:00 - simply bring this flyer with you and Boosters will get 15%.

Join us Tuesday, October 13 from 4:00-11:00  at the Ninety Nine Restaurant here in Wilmington!  

You will need to present this flyer  - be sure to share with all your family and friends!

This will be a great way to wrap-up a long weekend and help out the Boosters!

Next Meeting Wednesday, September 9

Our first official meeting of the new school year will be Wednesday, September 9 in the high school cafeteria at 7:00.  

At the August meeting we welcomed new members, discussed fundraising and the schedule and process for the the snack shack.

We hope the new school year has gotten off to a great start and we are looking forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday!

Next Meeting Wednesday, August 12

It's hard to believe, but we are getting ready for the next school year!  Our first meeting for the 2015-2016 school year will be Wednesday, August 12 at 7:00 pm.  Kim Luz will be hosting the meeting at her home - 7 Elm St. (off of Woburn St.).

Next Meeting Wednesday June 10th

Our next meeting will be at 7:00 in the high school cafeteria.

We will be electing officers at this meeting and the positions of Secretary and Vice President are open, please let us know if you are interested. This is a great opportunity to get involved and see how the Board runs!  The new officers will be sworn in at the first meeting in August.

Dawn Grasso and the current Board would like to wish all of graduating seniors (and their parents) the best of luck!  Also, special thanks to Marlene Moran and Katie Jaeschke for in volunteering to present the Booster Scholarships.

Our next meeting will be at 7:00 in the high school cafeteria.

We are looking for nominations for officers, in particular Vice President and Secretary.  Please think about running and getting involved!

The scholarship committee will be meeting after this to finalize applications.

Next Meeting Wednesday, April 8

Our next Boosters meeting will be Wednesday, April 8 in the high school cafeteria at 7:00.  

We will be forming our scholarship committee at this meeting. If you are interested, please plan to attend.  If you cannot make it but would like to be on the committee, please contact Dawn Grasso.  To be on the committee you must be an active member.  

The scholarship committee will then meet after the May 13th meeting to go through the applications which have a submission deadline date of 5/2/15.

Scholarship Application Now Available

The 2015 Boosters Athletic Scholarship Application is now available - you can download the form here:

The WHS Guidance Department will also post the application to Naviance.

Important Information:

• Application must be signed by the Coach or Athletic Director for each sport
• Application must be postmarked  by May 2, 2015
• Your essay must be typed on a separate piece of paper and attached to the form

Thank you to everyone that helped out, attended and donated to the Annual Boosters Dance!! Everyone had a great time and we were able to add to the scholarship fund.

As a reminder, the Annual Boosters Dance will be at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus on Saturday, January 24, 2015.  This is our biggest fundraiser during the year and all funds raised are used for scholarships for our student athletes.
